Scope
This notice applies to the website at www.gradient-solutions.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Gradient Telecom, Inc. d/b/a Gradient Solutions, Inc. ("Gradient," "we," "us," or "our"). It describes the personal information we collect through the Site, how we use and share it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.
This notice does not apply to information we process on behalf of clients in the course of providing managed IT services. That processing is governed by the applicable services agreement.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We collect the information you submit through the contact form on the Site, which may include your name, business email address, telephone number, company name, the content of your message, and any optional fields you complete. We also collect the information you provide when you telephone or email us.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting provider records server logs, which may include the internet protocol address from which a request originates, the pages requested, the date and time of the request, and browser information. These logs are retained for a limited period and are used to operate and secure the Site.
We may use an analytics service to measure aggregate use of the Site, such as the number of visits to a page. Any such service is configured not to identify individual visitors.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Third-party services used on the Site, including the provider of the contact form, may set cookies or similar technologies. The use of those technologies is governed by the privacy policies of those providers. We do not use advertising cookies, social media plug-ins, or cross-site tracking technologies.
The Site does not alter its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
How We Use Information

How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share personal information with:
- service providers that process information on our behalf, including the providers of our contact form and customer relationship system, our email and productivity platform, and our web hosting, each of which processes information in the United States;
- law enforcement, regulators, or other parties where disclosure is required by law or is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others; and
- a successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.
Retention
We retain information relating to an enquiry for up to twenty-four months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or by a services agreement. Where an enquiry results in a client relationship, retention is governed by the applicable services agreement. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period and then discarded.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@gradient-solutions.com. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within thirty days of verification. We may retain information where retention is required by law.
Residents of states whose privacy laws provide additional rights may exercise those rights by submitting a request to the same address.
Children
The Site is directed to businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit and access controls on the systems in which enquiries are stored. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not guarantee the security of information transmitted to or through the Site.
Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be indicated on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.
